Secret Server Mobile offers remote access to secrets stored in Delinea Secret Server or Secret Server Cloud.

• Autofill feature available for iOS 12 and later versions.
• Users can utilize the mobile app to authenticate to a Secret Server instance and access their secrets.

  • DUO – Push

• Users can view, add, edit, and delete both Secrets and Folders, along with the ability to search based on Secret name.
• The app allows access to Secrets from the Favorites list and displays a "Recent" Secret list of the 15 most recently accessed Secrets.
• Users can manage their secrets via mobile devices with integrated password management features, enabling navigation through the Secret Server folder structure for access to Secrets.
• Automatic credential filling from Secrets into other mobile apps or web browser sites on the device, with requirements for the Mobile app registration with the device’s autofill service for full functionality.
• Support for SAML Login (Web Login) or Local user login, providing users with the option to switch between them.

The app supports secret access workflows:

• Checkout and DoubleLock features for accessing specific types of Secrets.
• Ticket System Support allowing access when comments and/or ticket numbers are needed.
• Visual Indicators for checked out secrets and requests for access to checked-out secrets by other users are displayed.

Offline Caching of Secrets is supported with options for caching individual secrets or entire folders, all stored in a secure encrypted database with Biometric authentication protection. Offline Access and Time to Live (TTL) are centrally managed via Secret Server.

• An Inbox feature consolidates all notifications and inbound/outbound access requests.
• Users can create, update, or cancel pending access requests directly from the navigation panel or secret's context menu.
• Multiple access requests can be sent and tracked per secret, with added search functionality for secret templates in addition to secrets.

Delinea Secret Server provides an Onboarding process for first-time users of the mobile application, ensuring a smooth introduction to its privileged access management capabilities.
